Writing Workshop at the Ashland Branch Library

Build your writing skills and confidence while you write in a supportive, inspiring environment at a Writing Workshop on Saturday, September 3, from 1:00-4:30 p.m., at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.

 

The Writing Workshop, facilitated by Deborah Holmes, is open to both new and experienced writers of all genres. A variety of writing prompts will be provided. Spontaneous writing is balanced with voluntary reading of what is just written. There is a focus on generating and developing first-draft writing that is fresh, unexpected and convincing. Please arrive on time with your pen and paper, ready to write.
